General Qualifications & Requirements

To maintain our elite reputation in the event industry, all candidates must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:

Licensing & Accreditation

Must possess a valid SOSIA Security Guard (SG) / Security Officer (SO) license issued in the Philippines, with clean regulatory records.

Background Clearances

Must provide updated NBI Clearance, PNP Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and Drug Test Results prior to onboarding.

Physical Fitness & Height

Physically and mentally fit for on-foot event deployments, active crowd monitoring, and rotational shifts.

Communication Skills

Good command of English and Filipino, professional decorum, and ability to handle customer relations respectfully.

Specialized Training (Advantage)

First aid / CPR certification, VIP escort background, or crowd management experience is highly prioritized.

Availability & Flexibility

Willingness to deploy on weekend concerts, evening festivals, and multi-day convention schedules across NCR and provinces.

Stage 1

Application & Screening

Interview & Assessment

Undergo physical assessment, background verification, and standard operational interview at our Manila HQ.

Stage 3

Training & Deployment

Complete APS specialized event orientation and uniform fitting, followed by live roster assignment.
